We are closely monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and the guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization to ensure we’re acting on the latest information and guidance.
Updated Office Procedures
We have adjusted our office procedures to help maintain the health and safety of our team, customers and their families. Our office is closed to in-person visits without an appointment.

Updated Procedure for our Agents
Our agents can wear masks and practice social distancing guideline of 6 feet at the request of any customer. We ask that anyone requesting to see a home in person alert us if they have recently tested positive for COVID-19. When possible, agents will do live video tours of homes for potential buyers. Please contact our office if you need additional assistance in setting up video chat on your phone or computer. Please respect the wishes of owner’s of occupied homes. Our agents will not show homes where they are occupied and the owner requests no showings.
Remember, many of our customers are over 55 and in higher risk groups and we want everyone to do their part to help us protect everyone. Thank you.
